Who we are

SeafoodBabu is a fresh seafood delivery service operating in Karachi, Pakistan. We buy wild-caught fish, prawns and crabs at the harbour auction and deliver them cleaned, cut and ice-packed to your door. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number and delivery address — only so we can prepare and deliver your order.
• Chat history: when you talk to our assistant (on the website or Facebook Messenger), we keep the recent messages so the conversation makes sense. We do not use this for advertising.
• Analytics: basic, anonymous usage data helps us understand which pages work. We do not sell any of this.

How we use your data

Your data is used strictly to fulfil your order and answer your questions. Order notifications may be sent to our internal systems (messaging/email) so our team can prepare your fish. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

Freshness, cutting & returns (important)

Every order is prepared to order: cleaned, scaled, cut (steaks / curry-cut / boneless fillet / fingers) and ice-packed before delivery. Because our products are fresh, perishable food — not live animals and not frozen stock — we cannot accept returns after delivery. If there is any quality or weight discrepancy, tell our rider at the door or message us within 24 hours with photos; we will replace the item or adjust the bill. Rates move with the daily harbour auction, so prices shown are for the day of your order.

Delivery & payment terms

• Same-day delivery, 7–11 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Flat Rs 300 delivery fee across Karachi.
• Cash on Delivery or online bank transfer.
• Cleaning and cutting are free of charge.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your order history or chat memory at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp at +92 309 1241963 or call +92 309 1241963 with the phone number you used, and we will remove your records.
